By accessing or using the Medmo platform ("medmo.in"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Medmo is operated by Fraymo Technologies, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Fraymo Technologies ("Company", "we", "us").

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use Medmo only under parental or guardian supervision.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Medmo facilitates appointment booking between patients and healthcare providers. We are an intermediary and not a healthcare provider.
• Appointment availability, consultation fees, and medical advice are determined solely by the hospital or doctor.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Medmo does not store your banking details.
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by hospital. Please review individual hospital policies before booking.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without written permission.
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.

• All content, logos, designs, and software on Medmo are owned by Fraymo Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without written consent.
• User-generated content (reviews, feedback) grants Medmo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.

• Medmo provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for the quality of medical care provided by hospitals or doctors listed on the platform.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Medmo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage users to first contact us to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
